White, Black, and Grey Squaredance Skirt with Fringe Circle Crinoline size small

This skirt is older but really lovely. It includes a built-in crinoline. Beautiful fabric includes little black fringes and a healing with gorgeous border. Zipper and button closure to get in and out. Crinoline has a divide at the zipper, be careful as you get in and out. Great for theater, dance, and historical events. Waist: 28" Length: 24.5" Keep in mind this skirt is vintage. Crinoline is mostly intact, I don't see any snags but there are a few loose threads that could use some love.
