These track pants are in excellent condition with no stains. The only thing that makes them not perfect is the the hem on the right pant leg. This can easily be fixed with a couple of stitches from a needle and thread, however I didn’t want to alter its original state. These pants are fitted at the ankle with an invisible zipper ankle slit. Currently retails for $365
