White 2-piece Prom Dress

2 piece white prom dress. Bodice is a corset with spaghetti straps (not detachable) and rhinestone design. In excellent condition. No damage. The skirt has a tulle overlay. It’s in fair condition. It has some stains on the bottom as shown. Needs to be steamed as it’s wrinkled from being in storage. Stains may be able to be removed. Unsure. Size 3-4.
