Whimsical UO pin-striped frock

A beautiful, romantic, poofy frock with adjustable spaghetti straps. It's womens size but it lets you relive your days as a barefoot freewheeling toddler gal with bloomers on, frolicking in the garden, picking flowers and berries. 🌸 🪴 🍎 🐝 Elastic across chest is pretty loose and stretches over 21". Length in pic is with the strap adjusted to its longest. Originally purchased from UO (Kimchi Blue). It has pockets!!!!
