Whimsical Newsprint Tunic Blouse

OOAK colorful novelty print tunic or shirt dress. Blouse or dress buttons down the front and has adjustable sleeve length with button tabs. Side slits for ease of wear. Fabric is 100% polyester. No label inside but it measures 22" armpit/pit; 40" in overall length and the sleeves are 24" when unbuttoned at full length. It is in excellent condition without any flaws to note. Just a fun, lightweight, versatile piece you could use as a cover-up, dress, or shirt with leggings underneath. It has an 80s vibe but could be contemporary as well.
