Whimsical Blue sparkly dress

Blue sparkly dress for toddler size 3t. Has ribbon in the back to tie a bow. The lining is a comfy cotton material so that the dress is not bothersome and the inside lining can be ironed to make more flat/smooth with more coverage. Daughter used it for her 3rd bday party Bluey theme and was able to run and bounce around.
