When Express Made Quality Garments

This skirt is a treasure. I used to shop at Express in my early career. Back when they sold higher priced quality pieces. It is so flattering. Pleated back. I wore it in the SF when in summer (not hot in SF) with heels but mostly with tights and heels or boots in the winter. Classic, classy yet bum flattering.
