What's the point?

Can someone explain what's the point of selling on this app, lowering the price & sending offers IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SHIP? I AM TIRED OF BUYING THINGS & THE SELLER GHOSTING ME OR CLAIMING THEY ARE GOING TO SHIP SOON, BUT NEVER DO. i have had this happen way too many times here & it is beyond frustrating. Don't sell on here if you don't plan on shipping. I would be understanding if the seller contacted me & explained they are running late on shipping.
