I used to have no issues shopping on here, now I have to pester and comment and ask when an item I purchased is going to be shipped. Why on earth can we not leave real reviews!?!? I'd like to know if someone I'm thinking about buying from is worth transacting with. If you constantly ghost buyers and take forever to ship, it's not worth my time!! And hey Posh, when your guidelines say please ship in 2 days, why do I have to wait 7 to cancel?!?! Especially if the seller doesn't communicate!

margitscloset ...you have a very great point. Shipping use to be fast but lately I keep getting lots of notices a few days after I shipped my items that my item is delayed and will be shipped. It seems like this is what it was like around Christmas time but lately it's a lot.... just saying.

candy25761020 I ship the same day normally and I try to keep every buyer updated with the shipping. I am sure they get sick of me with my updates but I am straight forward and always been that way!!! I deleted the Kate spades pink and white dotted strap but I went to one shop and got it back up so sorry you could go like it again that happened by accident I thought I had two different posts of the same strap up but I didn’t 😏 so sorry

closetcurio Good point. Bought something on an offer 7 days ago & still waiting on a response about shipping. I totally understand that we never know what another person might be going through, but I’m wondering if certain sellers sell using Posh extensions that send offers automatically maybe the seller doesn’t want to go that low, then doesn’t ship/ignores messages. :(

thepangolin Hi Samantha! This resonated with me. My second buying experience was so concerning it shook me. I was new to this (also as a seller), but I struggled with treatment by a seller and some calculated fibbing. I remember being so sad; I couldn't imagine treating another person this way, while Poshmark didn't mind. Only later did I learn, shocked by it, "Love Notes" were limited to 5 stars. I can't claim perfection, but I value communication and kindness, and I wish you better experiences. XO -Alexis

tracygirl922 In your regards with the review/feedback frustrations. If it seems as if every feedback comment is always positive, then you are correct! The problem is that Poshmark only posts the positive five star reviews for public viewing. A buyer can leave negative comments and feedback & a 1 star rating but only the seller gets to see this information privately.

tracygirl922 Con’d I have learned that if you give the seller a 5 star rating then ALL your feedback comments will get posted. So, I now automatically give 5 stars and that ensures that all my feedback, positive OR negative will be available for the public to view under the seller’s feedback posts. I feel that both negative and positive feedback is necessary information that should be provided to the buyer. Withholding the negative feedback is very misleading to potential buyers. Tracy 😊
