WetSeal Off the shoulder Cut our Sweater Top

This SUPER SOFT long sleeved off the shoulder cut off sweater / shirt top feels as soft as a sweater but it is light weight like a shirt. It is not see through. Though the material is light weight it is thick enough for an evening out in the cool summer night. (Was only worn once and it is in brand new condition)
