Wet seal tiered dress

this gently loved flower dress is so sweet and comfortable. it has a lining and loops for a belt. belt not included but you don't notice the loops without it. above knee dress strapless would be a nice summer evening dress to a concert in the park. wish I could keep it but it's time to part with a few things. smoke free home. all offers welcome.
