Wet seal peasant blouse

Cream peasant blouse with embroidery detail at neckline. Bell sleeves and tie front. There are 2 spots on the sleeves (last photo). I’m sure they’re washable, I hand wash most of my clothes including this, so i think I missed them. Make sure to iron this.
