Wet Seal stretchy dress w/shiny dots, one shoulder + spaghetti strap S/M

Black with purple striping and shiny dots all over. Bodycon says size M but would also easily fit a 2 or 4 (very stretchy)! Like new, no flaws I can see. See photos, I’m a size 6, 36B. Very comfortable!
