Wet Seal off-the-shoulder floral dress

Perfect spring/summer dress! Size small. Goes down to my knees (I’m 5’6). In gently used condition. Everything I sell is in pre-loved condition unless stated otherwise. Any notable imperfections will be in the item description but these have all been worn before so they are not perfect! Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
