You will be the sight of the party or wherever you go in this tight, form fitting Wet Seal dress. I’m fairly certain it’s vintage, definitely has the feel and era, and while it has seen a day, it still has loads of party left. No show of wear under arms. Missing the plastic hangar strap that’s so annoying, and you can’t tell. For measurements, all were laid flat but the dress is very stretchy. Please see pictures.
