Wet Seal Maxi Dress. In perfect condition except for one small snag in the back- on bottom of dress. See last photo. It's enlarged so it makes it appear larger than it is. In my opinion It's not noticeable unless you know where to look. Beautiful sheer cobalt blue color with lining. Price reflects flaw.
