Wet Seal Empire waist polyester blouse Keyhole Collar finished with plastic button. 92% polyester 8% spandex. Fabric is very thin. Photos accurately portray the color red, and the black. But the white not picking up accurately in photos. It is really is actually more of an off white. Hand wash with cold water. Serged lettuce hems. Left shoulder to right shoulder is 13 1/2 inches. From tag in back to bottom hem is 25 inches. From armpit to bottom hem is 17 inches. From left armpit to right armpit is 15 inches. Bust is 34 inches. Empire waist is 28 inches. Condition issue: the collar is slightly frayed. See 7th photo.
