Wet Seal Dress

This Wet Seal dress flaunts a beautiful mixture of colors that can be worn daytime or dressed up for going out on the town at night. It's been well loved and as the last photo shows has some pilling across a section on the front. The front of the right strap could use some reinforcement but the stitching on the back is fully intact, would be an easy fix. Super cute, beautiful neckline.
