Has opening where the blouse ties on the sleeves. 3/4 sleeves. Lightweight. Business casual. Floral. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. Has slits at the bottom of each side. Curved hem. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 18 1/2 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the blouse is 27 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
