Westport Ltd 90s Floral Dress

Pretty green floral midi dress. Small, probably around a size 4. Corset ties on the sides and tie on the back allows to make it tighter, or looser. For reference, I’m around a size 8-10 and it’s way too small for me. Bust: ~14” Length Shoulder to Hem: 45”
