Weston Wear black & white dress size 2

Weston Wear, size 2, black and white dress. Skirt portion is lined and embroidered. Slight tulle lining to give it a little pouf. Halter style top with button on back of neck and ruffles around neck and down front. Side zip. Really comfortable and good for an event! Questions? Let me know!
