Western motif mini dress by Deb, EUC

Excellent condition. Both top and bottom are like two wide parallel frills, very wide and flyaway. The top part is also lined. No size tag, but here are the measurements: Armpit to armpit is approximately 17.5”, length is 34”, but it is variable since the straps are adjustable. Super cute. I estimate this to be a medium.
