Western belt BY Irvine and hachens inc buckle made from German silver

The belt buckle itself is in great vintage condition, could use a little spit shine, but couldn’t we all? 😂 The belt itself feels like a man made material, And not real leather, was made I think to fit a child, but the buckle can be removed from the belt.
