Womens Western felt Pork Pie Hat new with tags. Color is brown with a faux fur cheetah print band with faux silver concho embellishments on hat band. Measurements are 22" inside circumference with an adjustable strap on the inside of the band to make the hat fit tighter or smaller if needed.
