Western Express Cowboy Hat Red

This red felt cowboy hat has a signature on it and I don’t know whose it is. The hat is in great condition and is a kids size. The measurements are in the photos. I bought it along with a black one from an estate sale for a friend’s child but they were too small. The red one is a little smaller than the black one which is medium.
