Western Chief rain boots

Ditsy Dots pattern Western Chief rain boots. Black boots with multi color polka dots all over. They are very heavy and thick. Women’s size 8 Have been worn just a couple times but they were a little bit too big for me. I typically wear a size 9 (Vans, Nike, Converse) and I was surprised at how big these run. Item weight is 3 pounds and 4 ounces - Cannot be bundled with any other heavy items.
