Western Chief Thomas the Tank blue engine raincoat size 3T. This is a great raincoat for children, boys and girls who love Thomas the Tank stories. This raincoat is in excellent condition. It has a moisture lining which is yellow and has a hood and it’s a snap button front. There is one pocket on the left side of the jacket. The shell is waterproof and has a moisture lining.
