West cost black top

This top is very well intention top it’s for a Black History Month. I don’t know how to style it and I don’t think I’ll do it justice so I would like to find it in better home to someone that can style the properly it is size medium. It is very good quality fabric. It’s oversized if you wish for oversized clothing.
