West Kei Allan Surplice Tie Top XL Red Floral

Everybody loves the Allan Surplice top from West Kei! Here it is in a red floral print, featuring the signature front wrap and tie sleeves. It was only worn a few times, and is in very good condition other than a small mark under the arm that is barely visible. It is circled in the last photo but is very difficult to see. Bust measures 21”.
