West End Petite Black Skirt Set Size PL

This basic black skirt and top by West End in a size petite L is so comfy you could sleep in it. It is great for travel or the office. The top has a three quarter length sleeve and buttons down the front. It is made of acetate/spandex but does not fit tight. The waist of the skirt is covered elastic. Nice pre-owned condition.
