If I were only able to make one statement about this Wench Dress it would be that "It is well made!" Quality dress is a size 8. It is made of 65% Dacron and 35% Cotton. Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Note: the blouse piece is not full length, rather it hits just below the bust line. Blue piping on the top portion. Sexy costume for Halloween or Valentines Day.
