Wen & Wear Navy Patent Leather Heels

These navy blue patent leather heels by Wen & Wear have only been worn once. There are scuff marks on the inside toe of both shoes. But it’s so far down you can’t notice it when on. The shoes are in amazing condition other than those marks. I thought I could wear heels but I can’t anymore.
