Even if you used a pea sized amount the air that has already entered the tube changes the chemical composition to the point where it no longer works…I know from experience I used half a tube and tried to use the second half a few months later but the formula was red like yours and I got a color that wasn’t the same as previously dyed hair so I had to strip the hair completely and re do it with a new tube to get an even color throughout just letting you know to save you the hassle

…same with peroxide once it’s opened the oxygen turns some of the peroxide into water making it a lower strength of peroxide
