Hi! We are a mother/daughter duo who began poshing as a way to downsize our closets. Along the way, we discovered a way to use Posh to give back to our local community. The proceeds from our closet go to support Dress for Success Houston, which is a non-profit organization that helps low-income Houston women enter the job market looking their best. trailheather @giabella_rose I feel bad about putting this on your MTP, but wanted to update you. I reached out to PM about this because in many of her comments she says that she is working with the post office and with PM to resolve her "tracking" problem, and got this as a part of the response: We looked into the order for you and see that the seller is yet to ship your order. We have reached out to them multiple times regarding shipping and they seem to remain unresponsive.

She reached out and said there was a USPS issue and the pot office said the items would begin tracking this weekend. 🤷🏽‍♀️

trailheather @giabella_rose I cancelled the order I could this morning. She claims that she’s working with PM and the post office, but my email to PM indicates that she is non-responsive to them. That coupled with the fact that her comments indicate she doesn’t know how MMLF currently packages items, that bento boxes are no longer done, that she has no pictures of the items, and that she can’t have these items in a boutique because MMLF doesn’t sell with outside stores, makes me think this is all BS.

giabella_rose @trailheather I just cancelled as well. I talked to my local MM boutique and they also confirmed that they don’t have wholesale arrangements like this. They started doing sample sales in their boutiques earlier this year to sell try-on pieces, returns and other less than perfect items. So disappointed, but at least we got refunds.

giabella_rose @trailheather Oh no! I’m so very sorry. I reached out to MM LaFleur and they confirmed that she is on their do not sell list and has not purchased anything from them in over a year. My refund from Poshmark cleared today. This young woman is from Elwood, IN and I urge you to contact the Elwood police. They have already been notified and are investigating.

sherylsavage12 @trailheather I think the issue is that different people at Posh review the complaints-so there is no way to tie it all together. I have taken some of these screen shots and provided them to posh, so whoever is reviewing sees it not an isolated incident.

trailheather @giabella_rose I don't see why Poshmark can't stop her for sending empty boxes!! Whether it's MM LaFleur or not. Any seller doing this should be banned! @sherylsavage12 that is a good point and I've updated my case accordingly, and sent an e-mail to Poshmark Support (I had sent an e-mail last week asking if she was actually working with them on the shipping issues as she claimed in comments, and they said she had been non-responsive, and I replied to that e-mail).

When you have literally hundreds of items hanging on racks(neatly) in an upstairs loft there is no telling what could have happened between housekeepers with cleaning solutions and vent cleaners etc...But you have my word I will personally refund you.
