christi_8519 Not sure how the pump could be broken.... I packaged that lotion with care. And taped down the nozzle and everything. Sorry to hear about it. If the box wasn’t damaged I don’t know how it could’ve broke. Anyway, you can read my reviews where I packaged candles and my costumers had no complaints.

lilasiren @christi_8519 I don’t know either! You did package it with care it might have just moved around in the box wrong or something I don’t know. I think I have another bottle that I can change out the pump.
