Weissman large child dance costume

This Weissman costume is black velour feeling material with long sleeve nylon sleeves with lace accent on them. The bodice has a blue/purple color with the black nylon lace overlay. The sleeves have an elastic attached to the bottom to go over a finger. There is a small dot of lipstick on the inside of each elastic finger attachment as seen in picture. The lipstick can not be seen when elastic is worn on finger. The bottom of the costume is shorts.
