Red satin bow at neck matches the satin cummerbund around waist. Snap closure at upper back. Keyhole cut out on back. Attached 3 layer skirt. Top skirt is made of blue mesh and is accented with tonal glitter polka dots and is trimmed with matching blue sequins. Tricot white underskirt is trimmed with red sequins. Third layer of solid white tulle provides added volume.
