sebastiannnyale How long do u put it in microwave? A friend loaned me hers for 2 weeks while on vacay. It had no printed instructions so I ad libbed & blew up pad plus messed up my microwave--absolutely destroyed her Nuvomed. Haven't told her yet bc I have a week left & I found yours (new? used?). And I definitely still need to use one of these on my back. Hoping you could tell me the microwave time, and that yours might be a NWT one, or close to perfect as possible? Help please, fellow Georgian.

playdatez @sebastiannnyale Hello it's NWT the directions are as follows Place the wrap in microwave not rated more than. 1100W. • Heat for up to 1 minute. Make sure the turntable and wrap are rotating.

playdatez @sebastiannnyale The inner padding can be microwaved up to 1 minute and then 30 second intervals if more heat is needed in an 1100W microwave. To cool you have to place the pad in a plastic bag, seal it and freeze for 1-2 hours.
