Reposhing this item I purchased from @gothsspice. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. My measurements are 28-25-30 and this dress is too big for me. The skirt hits a bit above my knee (I'm 5'4"). Quality: 4/5; collar is more off-white Questions? Leave a comment below!
