Brand new never opened size 4 dress. The dress in photos is a second dress I purchased in a size 2. Just showing the size 2 for your reference. Top portion of dress is 95% cotton 5% elastane. Under layer skirt is 100% polyester. It is soft to the touch and on skin so it’s not itchy or picking their skin. 3 buttons on top do unbutton and button up.
