Wedgwood OLD LONDON VIEWS Set of 3 Different Transferware Plates 10.5" from 1941 First Edition Lovely set of 3 plates measuring 10 1/2" in diameter with three different scenes on them. These are done in the Edme Creamware style with the scenes in something like brown transferware. The three different scenes are: Westminster Abby Horse Guards - Whitehall Middle Temple Hall They are all in excellent condition with no flaws, chips, or cracks. The reverse of each plate has the title of each scene with a description and history of the building. There is also a stamp that reads SPONSORED BY THE BRITISH WAR RELIEF SOCIETY U.S.A.
