Wedding dress with lace and small pearls. Size XL

The dress has a lace top with tiny pearls. The bottom is chiffon, with a few layers. I bought it at the mall and they gave me two sizes too big. I asked for a refund because I wouldn’t receive a new dressed in time but they would not give me one. Just want to get some of my money back.
