Wedding dress- brand new custom made

This is a very unique dress that I ordered using my measurements online and had made for me. I ended up not liking the way it fit me so I bought a different dress. I paid $199 for this and couldn't return it My measurements are 32/25/34 and I'm 5'5". Would fit someone slightly bigger too as it is a little too big for me or you could get alterations done.
