Floor length (40”) underskirt 12” but Elastic waist stretches to 19” 4 layers of tulle Velcro closure Small tear but does not compromise fullness of skirt, see last pic but it is difficult to capture due to sheerness of tulle! 🚫 nonsmoking home 🚫 no tags but is new!
