alexesis_butler @lilianj67332 it is NWT never worn. Received it on Monday. Very long. Too many ruffles for me. Will need a petticoat for the full effect. Place a bid. Size 14. Flexible with price. Belt can be easily take off of you would like to exchange it for another. Does need to be pressed.
