Weatherproof women’s fur trim wedge boots “Marie”

Women’s weatherproof and waterproof black boots with black and gray faux fur trim NWT these boots are new with tags but there is a white spot on one of them- see photos 1 & 2. I don’t know what it is. A few small scuffs here and there from storage - I’ve tried to show. Smoke free Size 8 1/2 M
