babposhmark is it fully lined or just around next ? What is the shell made of ...is it more like a slicker ?

jennywithaj07 @babposhmark she’ll is 52% cotton, 48% nylon. Lining 100% polyester. I consider slickers to be those yellow shiny coats. It’s not that material.
