@pfgjr I’ve been watching the tracking information and it is so frustrating. I’m so sorry it has not been delivered yet. Go to order problems/inquiries under your purchases and notify Poshmark. Once they return your money and mark it as a “lost” package, you can purchase the other one. I can’t use the same shipping label because they are only activated for a certain time period.

@pfgjr I just had a purchase of mine that was “lost” and Poshmark refunded me. They will make you wait a few days but your money will be refunded because it is the post office’s mistake.

@pfgjr the post office tracking information says that it is arriving late and in transit. But nothing else and that is such vague information. Let me know Poshmark’s response to you. Then I will contact them, too.

@pfgjr I completely understand being new! Select Contact Support and explain that your order has not been received and the tracking information has not updated in (X) number of days. Included the tracking number and your user name. You will receive an email back with what to do next. Let me know if I can help you in any way.

I just received an email, and they said that I had to wait until the 17th in case there are any postal updates before action can be taken. Hum, another 3 days. P

@pfgjr Hi! My husband went to the post office with the tracking number and all the information they had was it was last scanned at the Memphis Distribution Center. Maybe it will start tracking again but I doubt it.

Hi, well after numerous attempts, Poshmark finally agreed that the item is lost in the mail. The email said that both of us would be reimbursed (good). If you wouldn't mind waiting a little while until I can get the other, I really appreciate it. You are a great Seller, and I hope that you have a very blessed day!

Hi, well, who would have guessed it: the umbrella arrived today. So, what do we do? I want it, and your other; any ideas on how to fix this without a hassle. The refund info says from a couple of days to a billing cycle; that I have no clue of. Of course I want all to be fair, and I figured that you might have an answer. TY, P.

Just checking in. The refund info now says up to 10-14 business days (ridiculous). This was sent 2 day shipping via priority mail (insured), and it took 20 days to arrive. I have decided to never use Poshmark again, so you can relist your umbrella. You are so very nice and thank you!
