Wear as Tunic or Dress

This is from a local boutique. It’s dark Grey and black. It has some small black beads on the right side. It has different patterns leopard, and scrolls, just Unique. I am petite so I wore this as a Dress, and as a Tunic with leggings. Only worn a few times. It is gathered right under neath the breast which is flattering. Has a flowy short sleeves. EUC
