These black leggings have a firm stretch to them. The elastic in the waistband is very stretchy. Worn once or twice, excellent condition almost brand new. No rips or stains! Brand: Pact/Wear Pact Size: Small (I am generally a size 00, 23/24 in pants so these did fit a bit long on me)
